August 3rd & 4th

Once again Joe Owens and his team at Classic Glass pulled out all the stops and presented a wonderful event.  Beginning Friday night with the ever so popular Sock Hop, great food, hula hoop contest, costume contest, bubble gum blowing and dancing to the tunes of the Sock Hop's.  Saturday morning, the car show with over 200 corvettes, prizes galore, trophies, vendors and friends, friends and more friends.   Truly a "must do" yearly event which never disappoints.

The Peach State Corvette members took home some "classic glass" of their own: 
C2 - Bill Hahn / best of class, C3 - Steve West / best of class & Walt Porterfield 2nd in class,
C4 - Jack Cunningham / best of class, C5 Ivan Hawkins / best of class, Walt Baer / 2nd in class, Jim Fody / 3rd in class,
C6 - Bobby Miller / 2nd in class. 
Peoples Choice Award went to Jack Cunningham and his beautiful C4. 
Best Club Participation, once again went to Peach State Corvette Association. 
And, best costumes at the Sock Hop, Steve West for male and Karen West for female.
